In a major step toward advancing sustainable agriculture, EverPower, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Arrabawn Tipperary Co-Op, a National leader in agricultural production and innovation. The partnership aims to deliver clean, reliable solar energy to residential customer homes along with farming and agribusiness facilities across Ireland.

The initiative will deploy solar energy systems across a wide network of agricultural sites—including farms, processing facilities, and distribution centres— significantly reducing carbon emissions and long-term energy costs. The move underscores both companies’ commitments to environmental stewardship, operational resilience, and innovation in the food, dairy and energy sectors.

“This partnership is about more than just energy—it’s about creating a sustainable model for the future of agriculture,” said Daniel Farrell, Project Sales of EverPower. “By combining our expertise in solar with Arrabawn’s scale and leadership in agriculture, we are planting the seeds for long-term environmental and economic benefits.”

The partnership will also include support for workforce development in rural communities, with training programs and local job creation as a core focus.

“We are proud to work with EverPower to integrate renewable energy into our operations,” said Edward Carr, Chairman of Arrabawn Tipperary Co-Op. “Sustainability is essential to the future of farming, and this collaboration is a natural extension of our mission to care for the land, our people, and the communities we serve.”

In addition to reducing environmental impact, the partnership will help stabilize energy costs for farmers, improve grid resilience, and support national clean energy goals.

The first solar installations are set to begin in the coming weeks.

Arrabawn Chairman Edward Carr and Stores Operations Manager Joe McCarthy; EverPower Project Sales Daniel Farrell and Commercial Sales Manager Matt O’Reilly attended this commercial cooperation signing ceremony.
