Cahir Active Retirement Association

Members of the Cahir Active Retirement Association got together last week to enjoy a Spring Lunch in Cahir House Hotel in the first event of the year for the active group.

With a Mass celebrated beforehand followed by a beautiful lunch and music and dancing afterwards the lively group had great fun catching up and everyone enjoyed it immensely (including me by kind invitation!).

As usual there are plenty of activities already up and running and with such enthusiasm amongst this group there are more activities, day trips away and classes in the pipeline as they show that being retired does not mean being inactive at all!

Cahir Active Retirement meets on the first Wednesday of every month, so if anybody is interested in joining or if you would like some more information please call 086 050 7545.
