The former KWS Premises at Powerstown, Clonmel was sold by public auction byJohn Stokes of REA Stokes & Quirke last Friday for €640,000 plus vat.
This was a very good price and reflects an improving market and was sold at a well attended Public Auction BY REA Stokes & Quirke
The unit which was zoned light industrial with sales permitted to do with tool hire business. was constructed in 2006,
The insulated cladded building is located on a secure site of c. 0.9 acres and extends to c. 670 sq.m. / 7,200 sq.ft. with a mezzanine loading area of an additional c. 151 sq.m. which also accommodates a boardroom and file room.
