A vintage car run in aid of Carrick-on-Suir's Camphill Community takes place next Monday.
Suir Valley Vintage and Classic Motor Club is organising the event, which starts at the Camphill Community premises at Castle Street in Carrick-on-Suir at 12 noon and will finish later in the day at Nagle's Pub in Kilsheelan after a tour around the roads of the beautiful Suir Valley.
Camphill is a social therapeutic community where adults with intellectual disability live and work. All funds raised from the vintage car run will go towards the provision of tools and equipment for Camphill's farm and garden workshops.
Home baked refreshments will be provided at the Camphill before the start. Entry fee per car is €20.
If you would like to participate in this run or have any queries contact Eamonn Foley at (058) 44105 or (087) 7786500 or Nora Foley at (087) 7551130.
