Loughtagalla Residents Association held the first 5km walk around their newly completed walkway on St Stephens Day as part of a celebration of the completion of phase 1 of their project to redevelop Loughtagalla Park and also as a fundraiser for the next phase of the project which the residents association hope to commence later this year.

The day was a huge success and we would like to thank all those who took part on the day and indeed all those that have support our project to date.

The new walkway and sensory garden is now open to all in the community to use in a safe environment both day and night as the walkway has new lighting also.
