Tipperary's Aishling Moloney considering move to Australia as AFLW clubs make contact

Tipperary ladies football star Aishling Moloney could be on her way to Australia as it is believed the Cahir player has been approached by several Australian Football Women's League (AFLW) about playing professionally this year.

Moloney has apparently held discussions with several outfits including Geelong and Brisbane about the prospect of moving Down Under and is one of a number of high profile ladies footballers who are being touted with moves.

It would be a cruel blow to the Tipperary ladies football team who have started the year really well with four wins out of five in Division 2 of the National League, with Moloney returning to good effect after a long spell out of the game with a knee injury.
