LADIES NOTES
At last the ladies are getting to play their golf and long may it continue this summer.
Fixtures
A 12 Hole Ongoing competition is currently in progress and will run until Friday 28th April.
Saturday 15th April sees the start of our 18 Hole qualifying competitions. The first of these is kindly sponsored by Marie Molloy of Clonmel Waste Disposal. It is an 18 Hole Stableford which runs on Saturday 15 April and Wednesday 19th April.

The Ladies section of Clonmel Golf Club are running GET INTO GOLF

Upcoming Fixtures
4-man teams fund-raiser event:
Week commencing the Saturday 22nd to Friday 28th of April.
A waltz 1 to score, 2 to score and 3 to score and so on to 18, off the white tees €10 per person
BRS Timesheets
Broadly speaking weekend golf will be a mixed bag of Four-Balls and Four-Man Team events and a choice of singles 9H The Hub or 18H Bulmer’s Open Singles as normal Green Fees and visitors most welcome.
See ClubV1 in the Pro Shop or in the lower hall for competition of the day.
Also Note Paddy Murray and Bulmer’s Open Singles off the White Tees from 8th of to 15th of April.
Paddy Murray Cup Qualifier (Top 16) commences 8th to 14th of April.
Donoughmore Cup (POY) Qualifier (Top 32) off the blue tees commences 15th to 21st of April. Only one try i.e no re-entry.
Spring Medal (POY) Sunday 30th of April Blue Tees Sponsored by BOBF flooring.
The 9 Hole Hub is ongoing.
Junior Golf
It is proposed to hold a junior matchplay competition. This competition is open to junior players who hold a GI handicap.
Details and entry form are posted on the junior notice board at the Club.
Course information
Please use sand & sand Bags provided in sand boxes on the 1st,6th and 13th tee boxes to repair divots. Also please fix plug marks on greens.

Teams 2023
Note the Munster area finals will be held in Clonmel GC on the 1st & 2nd of July 23.
If you wish to be considered for the Pierce Purcel 2023 team (see sheet on men’s notice in board in hall).
Larry Tobin and his team are putting the finishing touches to our JB Carr team to play Ballykisteen GC in Ballykisteen on April 12th at 2pm and then onto to Play Dundrum in the Fred Perry in Clonmel GC on Wednesday 26th of April at 2pm.
