The High School Under 15 rugby team who are through to the McCarthy Cup final following a hard-fought win against CBC at their grounds in Lansdowne, Cork
Junior and Senior Cup Qualifier Finals
The High School CBS Under 16 and Under 19 rugby teams will play in the Junior and Senior Cup Qualifier finals in Musgrave Park on this Thursday, December 14.
The double header promises to be a huge day for High School rugby, with our Junior team playing Coláiste Pobal Bantry while our Seniors take on Villiers School. The prize for both teams is a first round match in the Junior and Senior Cups against Glenstal Abbey in January.
United Rugby Championship Trophy
The United Rugby Championship trophy was brought to the High School recently and our rugby squads got a chance to get their hands on one of rugby’s most sought-after prizes. Thanks to Munster Rugby’s Joe Sheehan for bringing the trophy into school. Hopefully one day some of our own students will wear the famous red jersey of Munster and return again to the High School with the trophy.
