Once again, the Tipperary club championships have been affected as Sean Treacys have conceded their round 3 Premier Junior Football Championship clash against Cashel King Cormacs this weekend.
The game was due to be played today (Friday) in Dillon Quirke GAA Grounds in Clonoulty and will now not go ahead after the Tipperary County Board were informed that Sean Treacys would not be fielding for the fixture.

The FBD Insurance county premier junior football championship game, Cashel King Cormacs v Sean Treacys due to be played tomorrow Friday the 30th in Clonoulty will now not go ahead. Sean Treacys have conceded the game.
It is just another in a recent flurry of postponements in the Tipperary club championships and comes a week after Skeheenarinky conceded their final Intermediate Hurling Championship game where they were scheduled to face Ballingarry.
With no points in their group games going into the scheduled clash with Cashel King Cormacs, Sean Treacys had a mountain to climb to qualify from the group which also includes Loughmore Castleiney and Father Sheehys, and with relegation coming up in the Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship in the coming weeks, it seems they have decided to hedge their bets ahead of the Relegation semi-final clash with Silvermines.
