The pinnacle of Ireland’s Flat racing season, the Irish Champions Festival gallops back to Leopardstown and The Curragh for two incredible days of world-class racing, live music, unmissable entertainment and a premium sporting and social experience this September.
Celebrating its 11th year, the festival will feature six Group 1 races including the final Classic of the Irish Flat season - the highlight’s being the prestigious Royal Bahrain Irish Champion Stakes at Leopardstown and the Comer Group International Irish St Leger at The Curragh.
Attendees can also enjoy the unique garden party atmosphere, a stellar lineup of live music acts, sample a mouth-watering array of food and beverages and family-friendly activities across both days.
A showcase of equine and human speed and skill, set against the backdrop of a vibrant festival atmosphere, Irish Champions Festival features the best Irish racehorses, trainers and jockeys taking on their leading counterparts from Japan, Australia, France, Germany and Britain, and is recognised as one of the leading international Flat racing festivals.
With total prize money of €4.5 million, this dual-location event has become a premium sporting festival, not to be missed.
