A recent meeting regarding unauthorised developments was held in Tipperary this week on Monday June 30.
Public representatives were in attendance at the meeting, including TD's Mattie McGrath and Michael Murphy.
The meeting had Senior council members and elected officials discuss breaches of planning laws in the Giantsgrave area outside of Clonmel.

The initiative of the meeting was to get Tipperary County Council to initiate court proceedings under section 160 of the Planning and Development Act 2000.
Local elected members that were present at the meeting also backed the TD's calls for the council to initiate these court proceedings.
A previous meeting which discussed the above issues on Friday June 27 was attended by around 200 members of the public.

Council officials concluded the meeting by acknowledging planning breaches and saying that they will assess what action needs to be taken next.
