Due to expansion and internal promotion, we are now looking for a Homecare Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be hardworking, ambitious and have the experience to manage a large caring team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a growing, community client focused organisation.
The ideal candidate must have:
- A Nursing Qualification and managerial experience (5 years or more)
- Experience of Community Care Services
- Have the ability to co-ordinate care of the older person in the community
- Possess the skills to manage a large team and to be an effective team player
- Be self motivated
- Possess excellent communication and time management skills
