The Anner Hotel recently hosted their Staff Quiz and fundraiser, a brilliant night of fun, laughter, and community spirit. .
But this year, the hotel says, it meant even more.

They were honoured to welcome William, a young boy with a smile that could light up any room.
William is the grandson of Sarka, the Anner Hotel Accommodation Manager.
William has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a severe condition that is sadly life-limiting.
In the coming years, William will lose the ability to walk, and unless he receives urgent treatment, his life will be tragically cut short.
There is hope, as a life-saving treatment is available in Boston, but because it is outside the EU, it receives no public funding.
The treatment costs $3.75 million.

The hotel says this is an impossible amount for one person, but together, everyone can make a difference.

The hotel also asks that everyone shares information about William's case with everyone they know, so as to spread awareness.
