Manchester's Shannon Lee Kelly has amassed over 12,000 likes on her TikTok account

A new video reviewing Hayes Hotel in Thurles has gained nearly 27,000 views on TikTok.

Manchester's Shannon Lee Kelly, who posts travel vlogs, hotel stay reviews, as well as fashion, makeup and lifestyle content recently visited the Tipperary town to give her verdict.

The influencer chose to stay at Hayes Hotel instead of the Anner Hotel due to its location, and packaged her experience in the video below:

Shannon offered an in-depth look at the rooms on offer at Hayes Hotel, describing them as "spotless". The UK content creator was also impressed with the food offering, saying the breakfast was "huge".

With over 27,000 views and 1,100 likes, the video is gaining lots of traction, including from Thurles locals.

"Glad you enjoyed your stay with us," the Hayes Hotel TikTok account commented on the post.

"One of THE most historic hotels in Ireland," another user wrote.

"Great for food, always busy and buzzing," a third person said of the hotel.

Situated in the heart of Tipperary and overlooking Liberty Square, the three-star hotel is a popular venue for tourists, locals, and sports fans alike.

Steeped in history, the 18th century Hayes Hotel is synonymous with the GAA and is a popular hotel for guests to stay when there's a GAA match. The Billiards Room, where the GAA was Founded in 1884, is a popular choice for meetings and conferences, but can also be used for smaller party groups, communions and christenings.

Over the last few years, Hayes Hotel has undergone significant renovations.
