Peake Villa's Dale Loughnane
Dale Loughnane was a consistent performer with three soccer teams during 2025.
Peake Villa’s Player of the Year earned ten caps for the Irish Defence forces team, making four appearances against France, three against the UK and one each against Canada, Netherlands and USA.
He will be part of the Irish Defence Forces squad for the upcoming European tournament to be played in Holland in April and will be also looking to nail down a place in the squad for the Defence Forces World Cup in 2027.

One of Tipperary soccer’s most talented players in recent times, Dale was also on the Munster Irish amateur team that travelled to Reading to play Watford and Reading.

His performances have helped Peake Villa become one of the dominant forces in Tipperary soccer in the last few seasons.
Dale has been chosen for an Annerville sports award, sponsored by Bulmers, by the Tipperary United Sports Panel. The awards will be presented to the county's amateur sports stars of the year at the Panel's annual function at the Talbot Hotel on Saturday night, January 10.
